Clean apartment, too hot in the summer. Friendly on site repair, however broken appliances. I'm mixed on places systems charges and fees for fees.
This places never picks up the phone.. even having 3 different numbers to call. When you leave a VM, they don’t call back.

There is no parking! You get one reserved space and everyone parks in it because they are desperate and there is no other spaces available! Management won't do anything to help. The garages are so small that your car won't fit unless it's a very small car. It has become unbearable and we won't be renewing our lease because of it! Also not worth the really high rent.
