I lived at Edgewood forest for a few years while saving up for a home. I enjoyed the property, the staff was extremely friendly and easy to reach. 10/10 would recommend to a friend
Haven't known any landlords or property owners that would help tenants out as much as these new owners have in this park since they have taken over. Definitely had our ups and downs with some severe weather and covid reducing people's ability to keep up on their rent which in turn slows us down on repairs but it's a process and we're getting there. Good tenants equal good experience
Neighbors are friendly and the lot management is great, easy to talk to and on top of things. 5 stars from me
