Ever since new management has started, the facility has become a very stressful environment for staff and families. They are only concerned about appearance. They lack communication. The facility is suppose to be a "home like setting." Use to love this place now it's very disappointing.
The place is very homey and the staff are very caring. Although it has new management, they are not only respectful to their residents, they are to their employees as well. They try their hardest to keep everyone happy and safe!
The staff at Edgewood Vista has always been very professional to me. It is a small, homelike atmosphere with a personal touch. Residents are treated like family and they strive to personalize each residents care. Staff are always ready and willing to help you if needed and take the resident's best interest to heart. Management has always been available at any time if a question or concern arises.
The staff and management at Edgewood are excellent!!! They put their residents first and are like family to one another!!! The facility is always neat and clean when I go in there and the staff is very friendly!!! A+++
The staff and management at Edgewood is a GREAT crew. The staff is always doing something with the residents when I stop in there. The facilty is very clean and smells good. The staff is always glad to see a vistor.
