This place has gone downhill so bad!! I used to love this place....I walked in there today and was trying to inquire about wedding cakes and was told I couldn't even look at any because they had a consultation going on. No offer of any kind of help what so ever. She simply told me no and walked away!! There is a serious lack of any kind of customer service there and I will not be returning, I will take my business elsewhere.

If your worried about shad khan taking your business and not enough business to keep the doors open. Why not change your business hours. You seem to be closed more than open and closed when people are off work! I'm not a rocket scientist. But YOU ARE THE BEST BAKERY in town!
