There is no question that the inner court of this apartment complex is beautiful and the pool sparkles. It is well maintained and very clean. What makes up for the outdated appearance of the apartments is the fact that the apartments are extremely clean.It seems to be a very safe apartment complex. A lot of the tenants are Air force pilots from Vance Air force Base. The flip side to that is partying, partying, partying. Though all of the rental properties found close by to Vance are of older construction, this place pulls off a cosey, isolated look that sets it apart from the rest. The lady with the name that starts with a B was real nice, but the manager didnt seem too fun to deal with. Chose to live in base housing for family reasons, but would probably picked this place as a single guy.
