If you are looking to move into the area I would strongly recommend checking out Edgewood apartments. The entire team here is great and my family and I love how close we are to everything. It's definitely worth looking into.
I must say, I really like living here! The property is well- sited to take advantage of natural light, although Bethlehem Pike is close, there's very little noise, the apts have great Floorplans and most importantly: the staff is wonderful. David P (the manager) always has a smile on his face and he's very eager to solve any issue you have as soon as he can. I've been at Edgewood for 5 years, and it has been a pretty decent place to stay. Rents are cheap considering the area, and the apartment was in okay shape. Actually decent amount of square footage considering the price. The main reason for 5 stars is because of the new management. Dave has been fantastic at getting back to me regarding issues, and although the maintenance staff are a hit or miss when it comes to fixing issues, Dave is always on top of it to make sure the situation eventually gets resolved. My grandmother been a tenant at this complex for over 5 years and she recently had a issue with her refrigerator they took out a refrigerator and brought her back a old one that was missing pieces we still didn't complain now her air conditioner is currently not working and the technician try to bring her a old one over so I had to buy my grandmother a air conditioner for her room try to contact property manager office always seems to be closed if there is a different phone number than the one that she has to the office plea... read more
Dave was a big help when I was looking for apartments. He walked with me around the property and answered all my questions with such professionalism it made me feel like I was already living there. The units are super clean and the staff is super friendly
