Since the new office team took over at Edgewood Apartments, there's been a noticeable and refreshing change in how things are run. Communication is clear and timely, maintenance requests are handled much faster, and the staff actually follows up to make sure everything was resolved. It's clear they genuinely care about the residents and are committed to creating a great living experience. I'm really happy with the changes and looking forward to what's next. Great job to the new team!
Have had dripping faucets for years. We have had maintenance in several times to fix the issue and have recently put in two maintenance requests and per usual- at least one of the request was completely ignored again. We have put in maintenance requests for years and have followed up with management and we have been told multiple times that we would be taken care of the next month, then we are ghosted. If you are looking to move into the area I would strongly recommend checking out Edgewood apartments. The entire team here is great and my family and I love how close we are to everything. It's definitely worth looking into.
I must say, I really like living here! The property is well- sited to take advantage of natural light, although Bethlehem Pike is close, there's very little noise, the apts have great Floorplans and most importantly: the staff is wonderful. David P (the manager) always has a smile on his face and he's very eager to solve any issue you have as soon as he can.
