To no fault of the apartments, the neighborhood is a haven for societal rejects, losers, dysfunctional families, and single parents. Domestic disturbances and the drunken antics of the welfare class make living in this area feel like a daily chore. Has cockroaches Management is not noticeably doing anything about, AC does not work, Laundry Facilities on site, but most of the machines are inadequate. Drug and alcohol usage, Horrible neighborhood.
