this is the crappiest place i have ever lived!! Keith and his wife own realestate also i would also not recommend going through their business, as they are a rip off!! i would rather live on the street then continue living at this property....
I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. the owner is keith and he is the biggest slumlord around. yes i agree he will take your money no problem, but fix anything not a chance! ask around all the tenants feel the same way he is a SLUMLORD all the way! good luck to you
i would not recommend this dump to anyone, not even my enemy!! this place will gladly take your security deposit but good luck getting it back! it will never happen.they are being turned in to the health department and better business. they will probably be shut down soon! RENT At Your Own RISK!!
