By far best experience I have had when looking for apartments. I have been here for over a year and the manager Naomi never fails to go above and beyond for her tenants. Maintenance gets on things promptly and even after hours Naomi has always answered my calls every single time I needed her. I can’t thank the staff enough for making my whole experience here amazing.
Management doesn't care about you. Just your money. Also, it's a 30-day lease so you can be kicked out at any moment without much notice, for any reason. The maintainance is extremely weak and undependable (likely not a legal employee). The manager just told me NOT to come to the office and that my repair is not an ASAP repair. Still living here now , since 2013. Best on site manager I've had ever!!!!!! Left the mountains (thank God), after 22 yrs. Building is older and not all units have been updated completely. However, rooms are extra large with high ceilings. Lots of storage! Large balcony/ patios. Unable to use outdoor umbrellas. Owner doesn't like the way they look. Makes it impossible to use balcony during the summer 😞. Pool is only open 3 months a year 😞. Again,.on site manager is the bomb!!!!!❤️❤️❤️
