Susan the manager has been extremely helpful. she allowed me to give her a pst-dated check for \$100 deposit, regardless of how long it took for me to say cash it, she would hold the apt for me. for being only 575 sq ft, its very spacious. it will be painted, carpet shampooed and new appliances before I move in. its got a sky light in the dining area and vaulted ceiling.
The place is a dump.There are bedbugs,and overall trashy apartments,as well the manager is pretty trashy,too.
