Absolutely, by far, hands down, the best restaurant I have dined at since moving to Brookings a year ago!! Can not wait to go back, 5 STARS!!!

This was our second visit to Edgewaters in the past 3 months. Food is excellent (highly recommend the warmed goat cheese starter!) the menu is very thoughtful and food is prepared very well. We have had our server Darcy twice now and have been impressed with her service, caring and friendly attitude. Not to just us but our two special needs boys :) Edgewaters is now a MUST stop whenever we are on the coast. Seriously.... get the starter. Its amazing
Wow, we had the best piece of Halibut here with roasted hazelnuts and burre blanc sauce, asparagus and basmati rice. To die for...
