Condo board didn't follow their own attorneys advice to keep flood insurance on the buildings. I lived there for a few years. The board was very hard to deal with.
I lived here for 8 years. I had owned a condo. The HOA is very irresponsible and do not keep the buildings up to code. The neighbors are constantly in turmoil and arguments with one another. Police are called to help with simple disputes. Due to some who do not take care of their property there is an ongoing cockroach problem. Hard to come by a friendly face. Not a very welcoming community.
