I was invited to these apartments as a guest to view the lake from the cliff (a grand & beautiful scenery). I was the last to leave. After sitting for a while, it started to rain cats and dogs on my way out. I ran to the nearest awning for cover saying to myself I wish this door was open, but I'm already knowing it has a security feature. Walking around town looking for a new place to call home and saw that this building’s management has turned their front lawn into a feces picket line. Trashy and unbecoming for a premier Cleveland community. This building is in dire need of new leadership when this is the new standard of presentation, especially for the eve of Spring.
I've been living here in one of the efficiency units for almost a year now. It will have been a short stay, but a fantastic one. The view of the lake is incredible and the roof access (you can see straight into downtown Cleveland) and picnic benches right by the edge of the lake are breathtaking. Everyone here is super nice -I once needed someone to help fix my toilet (the stopper had broken) and a repair guy came up within the hour with a spare part for me. You're lucky if you get a unit with a lake view. Everywhere has its ups & downs especially with the board & management...I lived here before and I do miss that lake view!
The only thing you have to worry about is management.. Or lack of i should say in this building.. There is a condo association but if you have an issue with management (Who has been let go and rehired.. Multiple altercations with TENANTS) don't bother with the association the manager screamed racial slurs at a child and the association did nothing..
