You're lucky if you get a unit with a lake view. Everywhere has its ups & downs especially with the board & management...I lived here before and I do miss that lake view!
Whoever manages this condominium (apartment) complex hasn't a clue on how to scout/hire people to maintain the cleanliness. He/She is unresponsive to emails , they say that you can't live in the building & work for them yet people who live in the building work for them & the ads that are posted online are almost always there and that tells me they overlook the qualifying people and hire the unreliable ones.
I currently Live here...its very clean, the staff is exceptional and as a woman i feel very safe!
