Days of radio silence, and when I finally got a response, it was just her insulting my question about whether she was comfortable doing my hair after days of not getting back to my questions about the hair process. I simply asked if she was comfortable doing my hair given the project, and she took it as an insult, responding with unprofessional jabs at my understanding of her job.
