One of my favorite restaurants on many levels. The food is consistently very good to excellent. The service is attentive and helpful, which is so important in the Hamptons. Many restaurants out east have rotating staff that think their main job is to collect tips. Here they actually help you order your food, assist you with special dietary needs and seem to truly care about their jobs. The view is great and the prices are consistently fair with the quality of what you get.

We were warmly greeted and seated right away. Server came by to take drink order as soon as we were settled in. Appetizers arrived quickly. Food was spectacular, service was exemplary. A+ all around. Will definitely suggest Edgewater to family & friends.
The mussels are fantastic and service is exceptional.
