Consistently good, even when mobbed, which is most of the time. Mussels, fried calamari, pasta dishes, all top notch. Good bar, as well. Enjoy!!
One of the best restaurants in the Hamptons...shhh...don't tell anyone. Just kidding share with your friends they will thank you.
Food is always on point, best steak in the Hamptons(rib eye steak), drinks are amazing some of the best if not the best bartenders in the east end. Amazing staff. Not just a great place to eat but an amazing work environment as well saying this as a client and employee. Really know how to make you feel at home.
Edgewater is one of the most consistently good restaurants I've ever frequented. It is amazing that a Hamptons restaurant that doesn't accept reservations never makes you wait long. The food is excellent. The service is great and the price is reasonable. The view and ambiance is top notch.
The attention to detail on everything makes Edgewater a top 5 choice on eastern LI.
