When we connected with Lynn, we made it clear we wanted to move quickly. We lost buying opportunities on 2 different condos in 3 days because Lynn a:) didn’t advise us properly, b:) didn’t move quickly enough, and c:) miscommunicated both to the listing agent and us, us regarding certain particulars of the 2nd condo. I found out about the last one by calling the listing agent directly to get the real story. If you need to move quick, avoid Lynn Zemmer.

I see other negative reviews, so I figured I should rate my experience. The house we rented was almost perfect. The staff was nice. There were issues with a dirty hot tub which one of edgewater's staff offered to clean, but I had already done it. They did compensate us with a partial refund. I would have gave this company 5 stars if they would have addressed the dirty hot tub the 1st or second day. Overall nice and polite staff.

I will never recommend to rent a home from them.. You can call them and leave voicemail and they will never call you back.

Our experience has been positive. A few things broken upon arrival but the important one was fixed within hours. Plenty of space and the staff have been very accommodating. The condo had plenty of beach extras (wish i had asked before renting our own! I had wished it was cleaner. The housekeeper must have been in a hurry that day. But it wasn't anything I couldn't easily do and it didn't bother me given the great service we'd had with everyone. We'll rent from them again.
