When Edge Water pool first came to our pool they did a vey fine job-- as they should. In the last 6 to 8 months I have had very bad communication with the service department. I have called and ask for certain service to be done and for the service manage to call me to discuss. He has called me one time in these months. I asked why certain repaires needed to be done and for the tech or service mgr to call me to explain. This happen the last 3 times with no response from anyone. Edgewater Pools has been servicing our pool since Summer 2017. Kimberly S. always shows up on Wed. or Thurs. & does a fine job. I’ve checked Edgewater’s chemistry (at Pinch A Penny) AFTER they serviced the pool & found it to be satisfactory. Their service dept. is also quite knowledgable & promptly addresses our pump & filter problems.
