Annabel is a fantastic physiotherapist. Warm and friendly, while also being highly skilled and informative. I leave our sessions not only pain-free but happier, too.

I made an online booking today to see Annabel Law, at Edgewater Physiotherapy. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arriving at the practice, I was informed by the receptionist that Annabel was not present and was not answering her phone. This situation not only wasted my time but also resulted in me not being able to see the physiotherapist as planned. I hope the clinic can improve their communication and scheduling processes to prevent similar issues in the future.
I saw a physio at this practice for some acute low back pain I was having a few months ago and was very disappointed with the service. The physio took almost no history from me other than a brief description of the mechanism of injury, there only a very cursory assessment of my movement before starting hands on work.
