I am an 72 year old woman who had surgery for a trimalleolis ankle fracture requiring plates, screws and pins. I wanted a physical therapist who understood ankles. It was important to me that the PT didn’t just come up with a home exercise program and send me off to machines to do therapy in the clinic.
