The staff is very welcoming from the greeter to the therapists. I felt very at home and enjoyed the "spa " treatment more than words can describe. Karen was so full of hints, solutions and encouragement that I knew my life is going to be much more comfortable. Her communication skills as well as therapy skills have made my ouitlook on life much more positive. Thank you all!
