DON’T EVER THINK THAT THESE PEOPLE TRULY CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. WE WE FOOLED. DON’T EVER THINK THAT THESE PEOPLE TRULY CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. WE WE FOOLED. We moved in on September 21st of 2018. We were so pleased with the girls at the office. We were willing to look past the few problems in our apartment. Because they were so nice. Unhappy Tentant I rented a 2 bedroom apartment at Edgewater on Lanier. Apartments are older but has lake access which was important to me. After being there a year, all of the statements that were made to me were not withheld as well as numerous other details that kept surfacing became to numerous to overlook. I was charged extra for lake view and was told that even though I couldn't see the lake well from my apt that the trees were going to be trimmed to allow for better view, however this was never done. Nice apartment community! Edgewater on Lanier is a great apartment community to live in. They are currently renovating the inside of all of the apartments, as well as renovating the pool area and building a fire pit area with gas grills for residents that overlook lake lanier! They offer apartments with lake views as well as creek views. I have a creek view and I love it! The only negative I have to say is the fact that the apartments were built in the 80's.
