The clinic has very low wait time, even though all their receptionist are always busy attending patients, talking over the phone. The reduced wait time seems amazing. The doctors here are extremely good. For my family, seeing a specialist for some health conditions didn't take a lot of time. The wait time was reasonable. The only downside is the Gynecologist, Dr. Fauzia El-Fakharany working there. She is brutal. A very straight face woman (no, I don't expect the busy doctors to smile always). The staff are super friendly and the Doctors are excellent!
The one star is for reception!!! I went to Dr.Elmestri since 2021 I have very serious chronic illnesses he was ok at 1st but in the last 2 years every time I went in I wanted to let him know about my health issues Dr.Elmestri would literally wave his hand 👋 at me signaling me to shut up, so he could look at his computer he was only friendly when I just wanted refills.
