The staff is very nice and accommodating. I do want to mention my experience with Dr. El Mestiri. He used to be my doctor. He was nice at first, but eventually became a bit flippant and dismissive of me. I can't forget this one time, I showed up 15 minutes early for an appointment. After waiting an hour, I asked if it would be much longer. Dr. El Mestiri came out, impatient and annoyed. The staff are very professional, and the doctors are highly experienced and knowledgeable. This has been my clinic for almost 10 years, and I have consistently had a positive experience. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable medical care.
Worst place ever. They don’t give a * about customers. Worst place ever. Destroyed my whole time and day.
make sure you are able to advocate for yourself at this clinic cause the doctors sure aren't. I've seen two drs at this clinic and I've had to argue in order to get a basic amount of care, such as actually be able to get refills on my medication - dr shubar refused to give more than a single 3 month prescription for a medication that i need to take daily and has serious negavtive side effects if stopped. when asking for more than 3 months at a time because as a transit user the clinic is not easy to get to he straight up tol... read more
