The staff are super friendly and the Doctors are excellent!
The one star is for reception!!! I went to Dr.Elmestri since 2021 I have very serious chronic illnesses he was ok at 1st but in the last 2 years every time I went in I wanted to let him know about my health issues Dr.Elmestri would literally wave his hand 👋 at me signaling me to shut up, so he could look at his computer he was only friendly when I just wanted refills. The front desk and pharmacy staff are both great. They try to get patients in and seen. Unfortunately due to no fault of their own, I have had multiple appointments (mainly just for refills) where I had to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment time. I am unsure why patients are even able to make appointments if our time is just disregarded anyways. Regardless of you have an appointment, walk ins still get seen before you.
