Extremely unprofessional as per usual. Came in because my wife had an allergic reaction this morning. I was told 30 to 40 minutes wait. After an hour, we decided to go to her family dr on monday and left. After we would have been waiting for 2 hours they call to tell me, my wife's name was just called. 40 minutes is not 2 hours by any means. Will not be returning. Quite long wait times but the doctors are nice.
The one star is for reception!!! I went to Dr.Elmestri since 2021 I have very serious chronic illnesses he was ok at 1st but in the last 2 years every time I went in I wanted to let him know about my health issues Dr.Elmestri would literally wave his hand 👋 at me signaling me to shut up, so he could look at his computer he was only friendly when I just wanted refills. I was very concerned about this behavior, because how can a Doctor help with treatment if they don't let you speak?????? The last two visits I had with him I ... read more
They say open till 6 pm but it's only 5:12 pm and the answering machine says the place is closed. Update your hours! Should be ashamed closing early, when people rely on you having accurate hours.
Do not go here. This clinic will cling to to you like a leech and never let go. I've gotten better treatment at walk ins. I was rushed at every appointment, and no matter how small the issue the doctor insisted that I must have a separate appointment for it. The worst part is going here has screwed me when it comes to leaving and going to a new clinic. I've called 3 separate times to remove me from their list and a week later I was called to come for a check up. I made it very clear I am not coming back, and later still I wa... read more
