date 1-25-15 time 8\15 woke up to start my car cane in hand due to the icy conditions outside, it,s been at least 16 hours or more since last snow fall and it,s going to snow on Monday the 26th 1-15 , I made a call to maintenance and was told someone will be by soon,it,s now 10;30 I feel like i,m being held hostage they do not care the rateing should be 0-0-0-s
DO NOT MOVE HERE These apartments maybe afordable but they are not well maintained at all. Maintience workers are regular old handy men. They do crappy jobs fixing anything in these units. Currently there is still 3 inches of snow at my door way. Repeated calls are answered by saying we will get to it. This is the worst place I have ever lived and encourage anyone to find a better apartment to rent. FYI there heating units are so bad and out of date that my utility bill cost 300-350 each month for a 1 bedroom unit. I was tol... read more
Get over yourselves! First off for people to call a police department a bunch of flash light cops is a load of crap! Edgewater Manor is the only apartment complex that is safe and does not make you make more the 40,000.00 a year. I have lived in EP for twenty years and the Police department is nothing but helpful. When you move into any apartment complex you are going have a lot of issues, because A its not a home, and B they have to house so many people. To say it is more for the minorities you are a rasict! Edgewater Manor-will drive you to the edge. – DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE!! THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE AT MANAGING THE PROPERTY. The maintenance up-keep is very poor, yet they never cut you a break on the rent when maintenance issues are not resolved. In addition: the front-area of the complex is situated within an incline and is always prone to flooding during the winter months when snow is melting or after a heavy rain in the spring and summer seasons. Too much $$$, No quality or Class First; I would like to state that they lie on their brochure about having a pool and a SAFE park. Personally I know EWM as well as the management do. Ive lived here for a while. The place is basically for minorities. And if you have a serious emergency the police department are a bunch of flashlight cops that try to avoid danger. bad place i have lived in this town for 12 years and this place needs to be torn down the complex looks like it has not been taken in care of in a long while i dont even like driving by the area after dark the dumpsters are always full of trash and it makes the rest of the community look bad i do not and wouldnt recomend this place to any one they need to really clean it up or close it down it is not a place to take your family to live as a tax payer i think it would be a good thing to close it down not a nice place to live
