Very lovely and spacious apartments. They have a nice staff. And very clean. And let forget about the workout room and heated pool. And if you have children there is school right around the corner. Nice place raise a family
I have no complaints living here, the last apartments I lived in were nothing like this. Maintenance and repairs are taken care of in a timely manner, we have nice amenities included like a pool and fitness center, staff and neighbors are very friendly and the apartment building itself is just pleasant to be in. I was recommended K and D properties by a friend and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Cleveland.
I've paid the same amount in rent to live in a nice place in South Carolina. While the price is still competitive for other apartments, you will be dealing with living in an environment where you smell cigarettes & hot garbage in your apartment daily as the tenants are clearly careless and dirty. If you can get past the cigarettes & garbage, you also have to deal with roaches crawling around the apartment no matter how much you clean. Don’t live here! Roach infested! No matter how clean your place is AND even if you call maintenance to spray for “prevention”, unfortunately you will still have them. In my experience and other tenants the spray that maintenance does is not of good quality to prevent these pests. You have to come out of your own pocket to get sometimes MULTIPLE prevention items that hopefully work
First time moving is every one nice I still love but the only thing I not happy right before my birthday some tried to brake in my car I tried to look at the cammer they I can watch them but still like the place maintenance our great
