I was young and as risk of being homeless and this was the only apartment that approved me. I was so excited to have somewhere to live. Within two days of moving into this apartment it was swarmed with roaches. I have been a resident of Edgewater Landing apartments for 2 years. They have been very attentive to the needs of our home. The area is quiet, and has been so the entire time of loving here. I would refer them to quality tenants only.
I enjoy living at Edgewater! The location is amazing and the apartments are very nice and well kept! Shamika the manager is amazing and super helpful!! I recommend living here! And it’s super close to the water!
Edgewater Landing has been a great experience. It has been a wonderful place to live. Any issues have been immediately addressed with urgency. I am looking to continue my residency with them for years to come.
This was the very first apartment I moved into on my own. The rent was under $700, which I liked, and near a lot of public transit which was great because I had no car. However, shortly after moving in, I stared seeing roaches in my apartment. They weren't horrible at first so I simply bought spray and tried to take care of the issue myself, but it no longer worked after a while and got WAY worse.
