I have been a resident of Edgewater Landing apartments for 2 years. They have been very attentive to the needs of our home. The area is quiet, and has been so the entire time of loving here. I would refer them to quality tenants only.
This was the very first apartment I moved into on my own. The rent was under $700, which I liked, and near a lot of public transit which was great because I had no car. However, shortly after moving in, I stared seeing roaches in my apartment. They weren't horrible at first so I simply bought spray and tried to take care of the issue myself, but it no longer worked after a while and got WAY worse. Very lovely and spacious apartments. They have a nice staff. And very clean. And let forget about the workout room and heated pool. And if you have children there is school right around the corner. Nice place raise a family
