RecommendedLived at Edgewater Apartments for a couple of years... never had a problem, great customer service, when service was needed they responded right away. Would definitely recommend friends and family living here.
I took a tour of the community recently and it was clear that the staff truly cares about their customer service. I loved how clean and quiet it was during my tour and I could tell that the staff takes the time and energy to make sure their residents are taken care of I will definitely be recommending Edgewater Isle Apartments to my friends and family.
Staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. I recommended a few people to Edgewater and their move in experience was great. We’ve had several events at the property and the tenants made it great. Great quiet place with spacious floor plan and very clean.
DO NOT MOVE HERE, I URGE YOU! RUDE and SARCASTIC staff: Brenda, Lori, and the little blondie receptionist at the front. I have NEVER in my entire life experienced anything like this. They hang up on people, never get things fixed, and raise the rent without giving us an early notice. 1 week is not enough. And everytime we try to go in there to address an issue, they get so defensive and act as if it is OUR fault. WHO DOES THAT??! Wasatch, you need to hire a new staff. Seriously. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! It seems like they spend lots of $$$ on landscaping and no $ on updates or fixing things. For example, the car wash is rusty, the change machine never works and when it does, the machines at the carport will eat your money, when you let them know the staff will turn it on and you can try to wash your car, but you will end up soaked since the hoes spray everywhere but your car. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE One of the worse experiences in an apartment. The staff have no idea what they are talking about half the time, one will tell you something the next tells you something completely different. Supposed to be three pools in the complex, the main one is closed from Kings County because of health hazards, the other two wont open with the key you are given for the pools. I thought that this would be amazing! When we first moved here, we thought this complex would be amazing. Ducks, Waterways, Gym, Sauna, Clubhouse, play areas and three pools w/jacuzzis! Spacious two bedroom/two bathroom apt with connected garage!
