Faith Roll is outstanding - responsive, knowledgeable, professional and honest. We’ve felt taken care of since day 1 and love it here- in large part because of Faith.
Ive toured apartments all over Monmouth and Middlesex County and at this point I can safely say Morgan Properties are consistently lackluster. This place especially takes the cake. First, I was told there is a $65 ammenity fee and that is insane! And for what?!? There is no pool, the laundry room is attrocious and there is only a handful of washers and driers for the whole property (you still pay to use the machines). A "dog park" that is the smallest Ive seen so far, tight parking, and the "bike rental" is pointless. This i... read more

Such an easy move in & faith in the office is an amazing and made it smooth as possible and always willing to help and very quick response ! Great location if you have kids and loves a playground !
