Shawn recommended Jimmy(James) as his best "Tile guy." Well, I'd hate to see his worst. The Tiles aren't straight at all. Also, I asked for WHITE grout and he gave me TAN grout. Jimmy said he'd come back and correct it, 3 weeks later, nothing. Won't answer calls or texts. So. I called Shawn. Shawn's response... "Did you buy the tile from us? Cause I can't do anything for you if not." Shawn REFUSED TO even call Jimmy to try to get him to correct his mistakes. NOT a company I'll ever trust!!!
GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR FLOOR! I had laminate flooring added to my townhouse a little over a year ago. The floor seals started popping and the floor started coming up from the concrete. After trying to get a response from the store for over a week they sent out an inspector. The inspector determined that the floor was incorrectly installed and a water barrier should have been applied.
