My insurance issued them as a pc doctor, opon arrival, noticed lots of signs accepting new patients, come to find out that was false , the office manger was rude and said we dont take your insurance here, asking what they do accept , she said nothing! just not your type! so then I said well, can I get appointment, she said no, so then I proceed to explain hey, I'll just pay for out of pocket cash pay, she then instructed me nope cant get you a appointment with out insurance and walked away from me, needless to say it was jus... read more
It's was in and out. I got a prescription that I needed.
Doctor was great nice and knowledgeable. My complaint is the staff. Horrible customer service no welcome in no have a good day. Nothing! Ask a question and they get a attitude. Was not happy with the service here! Take a customer service course!
