Doctor was great nice and knowledgeable. My complaint is the staff. Horrible customer service no welcome in no have a good day. Nothing! Ask a question and they get a attitude. Was not happy with the service here! Take a customer service course!
Dr. Alimenti and her staff are professional, helpful, and caring !
I visited Dr. Alimenti for a pap smear, and it was the worst one I’ve ever experienced. She spilled something on the floor while I was cranked open and left me there for about five minutes or so while she cleaned it up and left the room. It was horrible, painful, and extremely unprofessional. I never went back to visit her after that.
My experience with the practice was absolutely fantastic. First-rate medical care! From the moment I arrived, I was treated with courtesy, caring, kindness, and respect. Each and every person in the practice was thoughtful and attentive. Each and every person exhibited complete professionalism. Abby and Terese and Gracie and Sophie and Marcella and Rhonda. WOW!
