Hallways are disgustingly stained in most areas. Super loud at night with unsupervised minors living in the building. Nicole has absolutely no idea what she is doing and had 0 interest in retaining tentants. We will not be renewing our lease in December. After having a meeting with 4 other tenants that are no longer staying due to Nicole's attitude toward the property, we have decided to leave as well. Was ok with them at first at lived here for almost 2 years without incident. Then, ran into a small amount of financial hardship, after the death of my brother, they claim to be willing to work with people. But the options that they actually have to work with people are absurd. Forced me to sign multiple contracts under the threat of taking me to court and prolonged my stay here by 6 months. I did not want then forcing me to continue to pay astronomic rent costs. Hot tub has been down more times than I can count on my hands ... read more

Biggest con about this place. If work long late nights. Dont expect to have a nice full 8 hours of sleep. The landscape people LOVE to mow for 3-4 hours at the earliest of 7AM. Absolutely ridiculous.

Lived here over a year and still love it!!!! Management and Maintenance are GREAT!!!!!
