I perform heating and cooling load calculations for new construction and as a result see many many prints, from many design firms. Edgewater produces plans that are better than pretty much all of their competitors. the floor plan pages are neatly organized so that walls can be distinguished from measurements, they fit more information on the page than most without it looking cluttered. they include conceptual drawing, 3d renderings, photos used for inspiration of the space, and to top it off, the houses look great.
Stephanie listened to what we wanted to revitalize the exterior of our house and delivered a design that met our desires. She did this quickly and responded immediately to any questions.
Stephanie Baldwin did a wonderful job designing our new home. We are thrilled with how it turned out!
