Hallway in the basement on both sides of the walls look like this from previous water damage. Stone creek property management, the office manager Ashley C. and maintenance as well as the city are aware of this issue. This property has received multiple city code violations due to negligence. The wallpaper and trim was just glued back on yesterday without remediation. This is in building 12426/12432. Residents beware. Roaches infestation
I've had mold in my apartment for over a year. I've complained until Brandon came to fix my bathroom. I still have mold in my bedroom closet. My 7yr old has asthma. I refused to pay my rent until they fix the mold problem. I've documented everything in case I go to court.
