Haven't been here in a few years. Have switched out to other places. We decided to use it this year. Love CC. Seems we are always down here with a coastal storm. The view of it is awesome! Enjoy our cozy room but bed is very small and the place needs some updating. The couch hasn't been replaced in at least 10 years! Fees go up but you guys can't replace the furniture? C'mon guys.
We just returned from a week at this resort. We had originally planned to go to Key Largo for this week (timeshare exchange) but with Hurricane Irma, we had to change our plans at the last minute. We had never been to Cape Cod before and fell in love with it and this resort was more than what we expected. Loved the view of the ocean. The 1-bedroom was cozy but enough room for the two of us. We hope to be back some day!
We have been to a lot of timeshares over the years. This property is listed as a silver crown resort by RCI. I have no idea how it got that kind of rating. The best thing is the location. My husband and I agree that it needs a major overhaul. I don't know which is worse, the bed or sofa! Our unit is very run down. We're so disappointed and would never come back or recommend this place. It wasn't even clean to our standards. When we arrived, there was other people's hair on the bathroom floor which I swept up.

The resort as a whole was nice except for our one bad experience-thin bedroom walls! We had a common bedroom wall with the next room and the beds were up against the same wall, we could hear muffled conversations...and loud snoring, which we couldn't sleep from the noise! We happen to have a 2 bedroom unit, and the first night that we were there had to move into the next bedroom with single beds. Hello Donna, Thank you for the general compliment regarding the resort. We do apologize about the fact that we do have thinner walled than some properties. Our building was renovated from a stand alone motel to the structure you see today.
