Called to see if I could purchase a replacement crest pad. First, the woman in the phone got huffy about me using that nane - which is what my last podiatrist called it. Second, she told me I need to make an appointment next week to buy one. These are OTC items, and I know what I need, but spoarently they don't have enough time for me to hand over a $5 bill. It will be faster and cheaper via internet.... at least I tried to shop local.
