Car broke same day I drove it. Battery died, serpentine belt snapped and they never put oil in the engine. I’m new to this but still isn’t a reason for businesses to take advantage of new buyers. I don’t recommend this dealer ever. They knew what they were selling me. Edgewater you need to do better.
They were amazing! My boyfriend had a horrible experience at a different auto place. We came here and they treated him great! Test drove a vehicle (Dodge ram) and he absolutely loved the rig! The customer service is outstanding. They are very fair and reasonably priced!! Nice crew!! But the only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the place! It needs a woman's touch! Sadly we notice things like that!! But these guys are great guys. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of, at any time!!! Thank you
Ended up looking at several vehicles around the Portland Salem area. Found just the right truck here. The truck was in great shape and drive extremely nice. Took me about another 2 days to think it over and buy it. It felt really nice to not be pressured to purchase that same day. Would recommend these guys in the future.
Bought a nice VW from them. The vehicle I purchased was priced right. Sam and Corey made the financing the car very easy. Will be back for another one this winter.
Thanks to Sam he helped me get the perfect car and was really helpful and patient with me great place to get a car!
