Thank you Tom for making it a simple and easy process for getting my son's first car. While working with Tom I learned that he is reliable, honest, patient, and determined. Tom was easy to work with and found a car that was perfect for my situation. He was also very patient with my situation. If I was planning on getting another car I would go towards him. After contacting Tom at Edgewater Auto I took a drive to the lot one day last summer because I was interested in a 2004 Lexus RX 330 that he had on the lot. It was a very nice looking car but as luck would have it I was beaten to it by a woman who had driven it and was to return while I was at the dealer. She drove it a second time and then bought the car. I was a little bit disappointed but it all worked out in the end. My experience was more than I'd hope for. Tom and Laura were very helpful and showed compassion for my unfortunate dilemma. Tom went the extra mile by picking my up and taking me to the bank to get money for the car. I live right in town and he did that for me. Laura help a great deal having my insurance card reprinted out since I'm without a printer and lost my insurance card. The total experience with them with very easy going and I'd recommend them. I am enjoying my new car. Thank you very much to Tom and Laura!

We purchased a Subaru Outback from Edgewater Auto in November. Love the car, but, unfortunately there was a maintenance issue that popped up shortly after purchasing. I called Thom about it and he made it good. We worked out a solution so that we can be on the road again. I would recommend Edgewater as a great place to buy a car. Thom Bianchi stood behind the car he sold us.
