This company doesn't care about its tenants. My bathroom has been leaking suge water from the ceiling for 4 days. I have called ,went to the office. I have left over 10 emergency work orders because I'm in a one bathroom unit. I had to buy a portable toilet,can't use the shower. They have raised the rent $600 in 3 years
I beenliving here for 3 years .. I had a windows leak august *********************************** 2023 I complained so much about things here and nothing is getting fixed on time its now 2 full months and I have been now without a shower ! this is ridiculous I called , I went to leasing office , I opened work orders and its still nothing being done. Its not fair how requests are not getting done and Im frustrated living here
This complex is such a scam and only want your money. My roommate and I submitted an application and paid$350 to move at the end of May. It first took about 3 weeks to get approved. Then in May, two weeks before we were suppose to move in they stated the current tenant decided to stay and they needed to find up another unit. My review was removed on Edgewater site so I’m posting again. Issues is still ongoing and they retaliated by trying to evict me ILLEGALLY in order not to fix outstanding maintenance issues. ON 12/7/21 via portal and I called the residential number REPORTING NO HEAT IN 2nd bed room. No one called nor followed up! I also went to the office on 12/8/21 but there was a note on the door stating staff meeting. I never heard from anyone after now 48hours. I'm absolutely disappointed. Upon moving in, my leasing agent went on vacation so I came into an apartment that wasn't even finished. - They left the door open while renovating so we had spiders everywhere, our windows didn't open, our baseboards and closets had mold on them & our patio door had no handle OR security bar - Our neighbors upstairs came down to talk to us and give details about our apartment. Resident • 2018 - 2021 TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE! The property was sold first in 2019 and again in 2020 and with each resale the conditions have gotten worse. We have put in maintenance request repeatedly for the last 8 months and NOTHING has been repaired. In addition to emails, phone calls, in person conversations and voice-mails this will serve as my last attempt to get this apartment to do something. Since my wife and I moved in, back on August 23rd of 2020, we have dealt with a multitude of serious issues. Let me replay the greatest hits. Requested for the dishwasher and sink to be fixed bc when I use the dishwasher it retains water at the end of the cycle and it feeds into the sink and becomes still water never draining. I called last Monday or Tuesday and here we are a week later with water still sitting here stinking up the apartment. Also the air conditioning unit was supposed to be fixed last year, they had a guy come out and put some fluids in so it could blow cool air.
