I’ve lived here for 5 years and moving on end of summer - nice new building, great area, friendly people. Apartments are a bit noisy; can a hear everything through walls and ceilings. Recommend getting an apartment on the 3rd floor.
I’ve lived here for 5 years. And, even though we were promised many exciting builds like a coffee spot, general store or pizza place...none happened. Edgwater could use some upgrades & some actual amenities. (Like a pool, a gym that isn’t dated OR broken, a nicer community room, etc) Rent for a studio (575 sq feet) is the cost of an apartment in the South End of Boston.
