I have lived here for a few years. My experience has always been pleasant. Maintenance is the best. Benji has always help to fix things when I need it. Everyone is nice when I go to the office when I need help with the changes. Thumbs up.
This is my second year with Edgewater and I have to say that this is the BEST community I have stayed in thus far. I decided to change units, and although the process was challenging, Adryan, Veronica, and Chase made sure not only that I was taken care of but also that my roommate was. For My boyfriend and I’s first apartment, this place is absolutely perfect. We were welcomed from the start and We never have to complain about noise ! Update: worst apartments my boyfriend and I ever lived in. Multiple car thefts, loud non-living residents showing up randomly to pool area. Most staff members were rude and manager seems to always be “on vacation” when residents need her. Over all would never recommend a friend to live here.
WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! Do not think about moving here the manager is very rude and unprofessional. It may seem sweet in the beginning but it all goes down hill after that! Maintenance sucks doesn’t complete the job when needed just overall needs a new facelift and MAYBE it could be something. They don’t even care about break ins or anything you’d think they’d be on top of safety but THEY ARE NOT! Gates been broken for months mold still in my unit 🤦♂️. THINK TWICE DONT do it safe your self a headache, stress, AND money.
