Terrible customer service; Veronica acts disgusting and is not friendly. Don't recommend anyone to live here. Unitl a change of administration. She gives a bad attitude on every and any inconvenience you could have. Wouldn't help with some stolen rims.
They were great when my fiance first moved here but since management has changed they have been awful. Our ac is constantly leaking into the tub and when they came out to "fix it" all they did was empty the pan and leave. They are now charging renters insurance on the 6th instead of the beginning of the month when rent is due and will charge you a late fee if you wait to pay them both at the same time. Fui a solicitar información sobre estos apartamentos y la atención fue muy desagradable. Las dos personas (mujeres) que me atendieron fueron groseras y poco profesionales. En lugar de explicarme, me dijeron que buscara la información en internet. Como cliente, esperaba mejor trato. No lo recomiendo. Ya me habían comentado del trato sin embargo fui y es cierto.

I have lived here for a few years. My experience has always been pleasant. Maintenance is the best. Benji has always help to fix things when I need it. Everyone is nice when I go to the office when I need help with the changes. Thumbs up.
