These anemities are rarely available. Came to this place in hopes you better myself physically with pool therapy but no matter what day of the week I come it’s locked for some strange reason. The restrooms at the pool haven’t been clean with the same crap stains on the side for a couple weeks, the gym restrooms are always locked too. Avoid these apartments at all costs. They are extremely overpriced for what you actually get. When I moved out of my unit (913 on the 7215 side), I discovered extensive mold that had destroyed many of my belongings in the patio storage closet. When I reported this to the front office, the only response I received was a dismissive ‘sorry.’ The front office staff, especially Glinda, is consistently rude and unhelpful, making it clear they have little interest in doing their jobs or assisting residents. Had an issue with payments on their app. My bank account didn't match their payment selection with my bank account. I paid double accidentally i tried reaching out in email on the app and phone number no response. Payment got bounced. They immediately put a 7 day notice on my door without them responding the first time . I called on website and now i can only pay cash at a payment center at a customer service store. My husband and I are moving from Massachusetts to Texas and we have not yet entered the apartment, but so far we have been very well received by Veronica. I hope it will be a very good experience in this new phase of our family's life.
If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. They not only stole from us by entering the garage without permission, and taking things without returning them, irreplaceable items, they also over charged us a move out fee despite us not being in a contract. The pool was closed more often than not, and the gates were always broken. This apartment complex is not only terrible, its criminal.
