I lived here last year and although small, I thoroughly enjoyed it here. The old manager was not the best but the new manager is truly amazing. The maintenance guy is so sweet and very quick to handle any issues. It is a great price for what you’re getting and I recommend to anyone especially college students!

Tyerra, the Apartment Manager, is absolutely awesome! I have an elderly family member that has lived at Edgewater Apartments for many years, although I reside out of state. Tyerra has always been very pleasant and helpful when I have spoken with her. She is always willing to assist with any issues that arise. Thank you so much Tyerra!

Phorid fly infestation since before I moved in. It appears that when treated by their pest control with previous tenant they were misdiagnosed as fungus gnats or fruit flies but proper identification has been made since, instead of addressing it fairly, they have ignored, denied knowledge and I've had massive out of pocket expenses, they hired their own pest control again after I involve City Inspectors and refuse to share the information with me despite my health being at risk. Fruit fly/drain fly infestation discovered upon move in. That was May. I paid for Orkin myself after being ignored by both Susan (surprise, surprise) and ignored by VP of Paramark until I finally involved City Inspectors, now all the sudden they have these grand plans but left Susan to coordinate, of course she has already dropped the ball. This place is disgusting and clearly I'm headed for court, I just hope I dont keep getting sick from the unsanitary conditions too many more times before I can get out of here.

I lived in the Parkview Apartments owned and managed by the same company (Paramark). The apartments were previously managed by another company but were sold in late 2021. I absolutely loved living there until management changed. The manager, Susan, communicated mainly through shoving condescending letters in our doors with red, bold, capitalized, underlined text.
