The individual that owns Edgewater apartments is a lier and he's a very crooked person. He has raised my rent 4 times this year due to the fact he won't sign a lease with you and as half the tenants here will tell you the same. He's a very angry person and you can't talk with him without him being rude and unprofessional. I live on a fixed income, just like a few tenants here, yet this man keeps extorting money from us .. please think twice about renting an apartment here.
