Illogical One star is a very nice version of what i truly want to say. We have been in these apartments less than 6 months. We have a 2 br/2 bath on the first floor near the water's edge. The pretty view comes at the cost of BUGS. When we first moved in there were tons of roly-polys, we eliminated them fairly quickly, no problem. A few months later, i got bit by a BLACK WIDOW (says THEIR exterminator). I brought this to their attention, and requested my apartment be put on the "list" every week for a bug spraying. eh The aparment themselves are pretty nice and decently priced, but the management makes it almost not even worth it. If you move in here, make sure you request a copy of your lease (which they have to give you no matter what they will tell you) so that WHEN corporate makes changes you will have something to go on. They don't seem to understand that just because Univesco makes policy changes that doesn't automatically change what's in YOUR lease.
