My husband and I loved living here! We only chose to move out because our family is growing but we would have happily stayed for many years. The employees at Edgewater apartments are extremely friendly and always willing to help. We’ve always had any issues quickly resolved by the property manager Kevin, and we always felt that the apartments billing and guidelines were straight forward/easy to understand. I have been very happy with management and maintenance but when the snow started the sidewalks are not shoveled or salted and the parking areas are not plowed
Great location, great place. Up to date appliances, gym, pool. Its peaceful here. Everyone gets along in my building. The main office people are easy to work with too
I love living here! Thanks for always responding so quickly. (I’m just waiting for a garage to be available in my building and everything would be perfect )
