Living here for the first couple years was good but lately things have been going downhill. Disrespectful neighbors who allow their dogs to poop in any and all areas on the premises despite their being free dog poop bags on the premises -including in elevators, in hallways, in the landscaping. Edgewater East Apartments isn't the place you want to rent unless you enjoy management that is unresponsive. Theft of property right from porch. Disrespectful "neighbors" who invade reasonable privacy expectations and unsanitary conditions from dogs peeing from patio onto porch over anx over. Looking at the urine stains and have anxiety of residual urine affecting my child and I when it rains etc. Garbage cans constantly overflowing with trash. Had a horrible experience. I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to anyone especially for the high prices they are charging for these "luxury" apartments. There is minimal noise installation in the units. I had someone move in above me that had an alarm going off between 3 - 4 am. The apartment manager did nothing about it, see video attached. They don't regularly plow walkways in the winter, poor sound insulation in the apartments(I hear the person above me climb into bed luckily between apartments is good except for front door), windows and doors have poor insulation/sealing(insects come in during spring, smell someone smoking weed above it seems and temperature loss), no deep clean between residents(vacuum pulled up so much first day in, ashes found under burners from previous tenant) and no through cleaning of grounds even though there has been a dog regular m... read more
