It was really easy and the girl that took care of us was very polite and helpful We love it at edgewater.
Since our furnace closet is locked we have to have maintenance change the filter.
The ac wasn't fixed and it hasn't worked all summer long but the heat was fixed.
Very happy living here but the rent going up every year is crazy!
