I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I had scheduled my cat’s appointment two weeks in advance, yet we still waited 55 minutes before the veterinarian finally came in to examine him. There was no explanation or apology for the delay. The vaccination was even more concerning. The staff member giving the shot appeared very inexperienced. We had a good experience at Hamby Road Animal Hospital with our puppy. The staff was kind, patient, and welcoming, and the doctor took time to answer our questions and explain things clearly. As new puppy parents, that really helped us feel more comfortable. Overall, everyone handled our puppy gently and made the visit a positive experience.
Dr. George has been taking care of my soul baby for years. SHE IS EXTREMELY GOOD AT HER JOB. The office ladies and the vet technicians are kind and very well prepared, always on point, and great follow up. I wish I would have known her long time ago. Thank you for everything you do. My boy has had some issues here and there and she was always very pro-active and her recommendations were phenomenal in solving our issues.
