We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Daniel, the property manager, who was incredibly accommodating and made us feel truly welcomed from start to finish. The space was perfect for our birthday celebration, and everything ran so smoothly. We also want to thank Jericson, the maintenance manager, for his support and attentiveness, he really helped make the day great!
Awful, run away! Staying here for one month, on arrival the leasing team is not here. They key system is crazy, you need to put 21 keys to pass through three doors Update 1: There is no leasing office at 355 berry st. For leading and getting garage transponder you have to walk to 185 Channel st. So the building is left hanging and you have any needs good luck with it!!!
its a nice building but just questionable management. I was quoted a unit at a certain price (twice) and offered a tour to see the place. After getting there for the tour, the unit wasnt even available for viewing as someone was still living there and they showed me an alternate, pricier unit instead. It's understandable that they couldnt show me the place but there was 0 heads up about this and I was definitely led to believe I would be seeing the unit I had expressed interest in. Great experience living here. Daniel the community manager and Jericson the maintenance managers are both really responsive and helpful.
This apartment complex is a little oasis in the city. Daniel showed me around and provided a ton of insight for the cost, lounge, and extra amenities. He was knowledgeable in the area and answered a lot of my questions. The property is really well maintained and it’s definitely a top contender for a new place.
