Buyer beware! When we moved in here we were told that we would not be responsible for the outside of our townhomes well since the hurricane we had replaced our own roof shingles and we have to pay about $165,000 to replace things that have been damaged it's coming off from the homeowners. Do not move into Edgestone at Artisan Lakes you'll definitely regret it. They did not make their streets wide enough, they did not make their driveways long enough, they did not restrict the amount of cars townhouse with three bedrooms could have. Even at that it would be crowded. But now no one here will be able to have guests for overnight visitors as we are told they will be towed as well. We have not enough overflow parking for the people that live here. So we're prisoners in this community stay away so you don't have to... read more
