I sat there for an hour and a half to be spoken with once and sent to the ER. Walls are paper thin and I could hear the NP send everyone else in front of me to the ER as well. Then she got on the phone, twice, talking about some land she was going to buy and what kind of house she wanted to build on it etc to a contractor/agent. I, at no point was a priority as a patient. I now no longer have the time I need to get the care I need.
Walked in having a panic attack. Told me to call my primary doctor that doesn't exist any longer. Then they pushed going to their own doctor vs. Helping. Worthless healthcare system
Be very careful going here. They will send you to the ER just to get you to pay extra. Had a "physician" do a very quick exam and walk out. Just for the nurse to come in and tell me I had to go to the ER. Only to need a simple prescription for antibiotics and get charged $800. But because the first physician, who didnt explain anything and simply left, decided it was medically necessary im stuck footing a bill 25 times the price. And also because i trusted the medical provider and didnt question them.
Took forever to get checked in. Partner went in for facial swelling, expected antibiotics, to then be sent to the ER, where a doctor looked at him and gave him antibiotics, and my partner got charged $600+ (after insurance) for it
Always quick and great with kids. Very friendly staff and workers.
