Very clean and nice clinic, but I didn’t find it very family inclusive. My child’s father booked him for a dental appointment and the child’s father’s girlfriend brought him to the same. I was completely ignored when asking question(s) And they made no point to introduce themselves or get to know who I was as his biological mother, which was pretty disappointing because I am a health professional as well and that’s one of the first things that we do. As nice as this clinic is, their booking process could really improve. If you're looking to book in at this clinic, don't bother going through their website. Their "book online" is actually just an contact form, not a real booking system. And when you submit the form with contact info and availabilities, they'll just email back telling you to call in. The clinic is super modern and clean. Highly skilled providers (Dr. Scott Kershaw, Hela - Dental Hygienist) with a patient-centred, collaborative approach. Explanations are well balanced. Hela's hands are a dream during teeth cleaning. You can barely feel them. Very quick and very light. Front desk staff are very responsive and provide notable customer service. The front staff was friendly, the office spotless, and it was very easy to book an appointment. Dr Nicole is amazing, explaining what was the best plan of action, and answering any questions I had. Kathy was my hygienist, she made me feel very welcome and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. 10/10 I will be back!
Dr Maan is an amazing dentist! You can tell he truly cares for his patients!!
