They need to change their policy on not seeing a patient because they missed one appointment. My child is a teen and was refused service here as she missed an appointment. As an older teen, and a single mom of two young special needs children, I cannot force her out of bed and I can’t believe this office showed zero compassion to the situation. Dr Tim Haggerty has been my dentist for years! Hes been amazing- he is a gentle genuine dentist I know I can trust what he is telling me and I know he is giving me quality care. I recently had got my husband on board with dr Haggerty and he LOVES him. So happy with the service. The staff and hygenists are so wonderful as well they are gentle and caring. The front staff is always ontop of booking and reminding us of our appointments. Thank you so much Edgemont Dental keep up the good work! 🙂
Dr. Dan is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Him and the assistant were thorough/precise and made me feel totally comfortable! You can tell he actually cares about his patients! Sam the hygienist was also amazing and so so kind. The entire team is great. 100% would recommend to anyone!!
