. . . and the cancer spreads! As long as Joe is part of the Board of directors, and as long as Nick is the superintendant, no one should believe there is a new system. And to think, shareholders want to expand the Board to 7 members instead of 5. More confusion! Get rid of the old and bring in the new. Get rid of the cancer.

getting better. this building rocks. since the old board president was ousted and stillman took over things are looking up. the new board boys rock and stillman management is awesome. what a difference. a good place to live with a whole new outlook now. power to the people and the revolution. its great here.
great place Nick is the best Edgemont Aprtaments is the place to live the board and superintendant Nick make the place ever better .I love Nicks work and whoever talks trash about him is because they are unhappy and miserable peoples with their lifes. I would recomend this place to anyone.
Would not recommend Edgement as a place to live 12/4/10 - I was not made aware when I signed the petition that I was agreeing to add two more people. I naturally assumed that I was agreeing to get rid of Joe and one other person. Had it been fully explained I would never have signed the petition. I am an owner at the Edgemont.
