Company is a complete scam. Listed a property for sale. Company broke the door in, unscrewed the door knob and replaced it with their own and threw my lockbox which was still attached to the door on the floor inside. Owner is still currently working with the mortgage company who states that they did not send anyone out there to the property to secure it. I don’t know who is in charge of this company but this has highly affected someone’s life and damaged property.
Gave me some work orders but screwed me on one big order. they did not reimburse me for dump fees on a project that cost me over $800 in fees and penalized me over $1000 on the same job. refused to pay me for animal removal even though i was almost bit by the 2 snakes on the property. give the excuse of no photo of the snake being hauled off. i removed over 200 cy from this property and snakes were bagged with the trash. clear photos of them being alive then not. but without a bag showing a snake they never existed. also wil... read more
They are not a direct company to contract with for HUD or REO properties. However, having to accept less money due to contracting as a third party vendor. This company is fair in payouts. They pay you on time weekly. And will listen objectively to you should you inform them that you can't perform work for the listed payout. As long as you provide proof as to the reason why.
They always will be a company that doesn't pay their vendors then make up long paragraphs trying to not look like the bad guy. Any tricks they have they definitely will try it to stay in business. I was a vendor for Edgemark a long time and did more than 300 wo. I'm sure they'll make something up and say I wasn't a vendor or some long drawn out excuse.
Very poor company. Will find any way not to pay you for your work. very unprofessional over the phone. Ive done over 80 work orders for this company. All they do is give 9$ work orders. Only had 2 big jobs that paid more. And they still didnt not pay me what im owed. Highly recommend NOT partnering with or working for this place. Beware of nia and todd.
